At every stage of their journey, every actor and writer who walks through our doors should feel that they belong. They should know their work is taken seriously, their voice is valued, and that they are supported in taking creative risks.

WIP exists to provide training in an environment where people are challenged with honesty, encouraged with generosity, and they have the confidence, resilience and craft to meet opportunities when they arise.

Our goal is not simply to develop better actors and writers. It is to help develop resilient, thoughtful artists who trust their craft, support one another, and leave believing they are capable of more than they imagined.
